I loved this!!! A Persian/Arabian sailor named Sinbad.

Like most of us knows, Dreamworks has been the most noteworthy American competitor to Disney. While they claimed to be innovative with their animated flicks, their hand-drawn films have still been good, but also still flawed in their owned way "Prince of Egypt" were good and majestic, but too pompous and gloomy.

Every movie, animated or not, should be considered within the constraints and rules that conform the genres, common tropes and themes that it represents. With that in mind, this movie succeeds in what it's selling: a pure, sword-wielding classical action/adventure filled with fantastical creatures, deceitful villains, comradery and romance.
